Free Canada wide shipping on purchases over $150 via Canada Post. Delivery times will vary based on location but generally a 3 day to 1 week timeframe covers most deliveries.
Returns
- Items must be in as new condition with original packaging & tags attached
- Proof of purchase required
- After 14 days no returns/exchanges available
- No returns on:
- Fuel/nutrition
- Sale items
- Special orders
- Electronics
- Underwear/base layers
- Shoes may be tried lightly indoors only & must be in as new condition with box
- track & xc spikes are final sale
- Email info@ftrs.ca or call 780-269-9292 during opening hours (do not leave a voicemail) for a return authorization
- Cost of shipping for return is responsibility of the customer
